GCHA

GCHA was formed in 1964 by members of the local churches who recognised the growing need for affordable rented housing in the area. GCHA has grown steadily over the years and now manages just under 600 properties and has established itself locally as a valued part of the community.

Returning to our studio for a second year, we produced an A4 annual report for GCHA and developed a fresh design with a clean, easy to read layout. The incorporation of infographics was used to illustrate key points and facts about the performance of the association.
