Your website will be built on a staging server which will only be accessible by you, where you’ll be able to fully review and test your website to make any final amendments before it goes live.

After you have reviewed and signed off your website, we’ll migrate your website onto the live server and launch the website. We’ll then look to arrange a CMS training session so you can continue to manage your website confidently.

    FAQs.

    Who provides the content for the website?

    It’s up to you. If you already have content and images then you can send it over to us. 

    If you don’t have the text or images you need for your website then we’re happy to help. Our talented, UK based, native-English speaking copywriters can write the perfect content for your website. They’ll take your knowledge and ideas and craft them into powerful content that gets your message across to your readers. 

    If you don’t have the photos needed then we can source stock imagery for you too. Just let us know what you need and we will be happy to include this in your quote. 

    How do you need the content for the website?

    If you’re providing us with the content then it all needs to be sent to us in a digital format. 

    The finalised text must be sent to us in a Word document. It’s important that it’s in the order you would like to see it featured.

    All photos must be supplied at 300dpi in JPEG, PSD or EPS formats. This is so that we can crop and size the images for the website as necessary.

    If you don’t have the text or photos that you need for your new website then just let us know and we’ll be happy to help. 

    Can I edit my website myself once it's launched?

    Yes. All our websites are built in WordPress, the world’s most popular Content Management System (CMS). This gives you full control over the content on your website, making it easy to edit and update. You can easily add or edit text and images, create new pages or add new articles to your blog. It has an easy to use drag and drop editor, giving you complete control over your website without having to become a web developer overnight.

    Will you teach me how to edit my website?

    Of course! The CMS is really easy to use, but once your website has been launched you can book a time to pop down to our office for a free training session. A member of our team will show you how to use your Content Management System to edit, update and maintain your website.

    Are your services expensive?

    We’re not a budget website design agency, but we do offer a competitive rate for our brochure website design. Your website is unique, so there is no ‘one size fits all’ price. We’ll understand your needs and create a bespoke quote based on your exact requirements.
