Your website will be built on a staging server which will only be accessible by you, where you’ll be able to fully review and test your website to make any final amendments before it goes live.

After you have reviewed and signed off your website, we’ll migrate your website onto the live server and launch the website. We’ll then look to arrange a CMS training session so you can continue to manage your website confidently.

    FAQs.

    How do you need the content for the website?

    All content including photos, videos and copy needs to be sent to us in a digital format. 

    The text must be finalised and sent to us in a Word document in the order you would like to see it featured.

    All images and photography must be supplied at 300dpi in JPEG, PSD or EPS formats, so that we can crop and size the images for the website accordingly.

    If you don’t have the content or images that you need for your new website then just let us know and we can help with that too. 

    Can I edit my website myself once it's launched?

    Yes. Every website we build has a Content Management System (CMS) which allows you to take control of your website. You can update text and images, add new pages or add new content to your blog. It’s intuitive and easy to use, giving you complete control over your website without having to become a web developer overnight.

    Will you show me how to edit my website?

    Of course! Once your website has been launched, we will arrange a time for you to pop down to our office for a free training session. A member of our team will show you how to use your Content Management System to edit, update and manage your website.

    Are your services expensive?

    We’re not a budget website design agency, but we do offer a competitive rate for our digital services. Each project is unique so you’ll be quoted a price based on your exact requirements. 

    By utilising our wealth of experience in this field, we know what will and won’t work. This allows us to be more productive throughout the creative and development process, maximising your budget.

    What if I need help with my text and photography?

    If you don’t have the content you need for your website then we can help. Our skilled copywriters can create the perfect content for your website, taking the ideas in your head and crafting them into powerful and persuasive content that gets your message across and converts more clients. If you don’t have the photos or videos you need we can source stock imagery too. 

    Just let us know what you need help with and we will be happy to include this in your quote.
