Working with over 11,000 people across Kent, Kent Association for the Blind (KAB) are one of the largest sight loss charities in the UK, providing a range of help and support for people of all ages whose sight loss affects their daily lives. Due to a review of services and charity objectives, KAB is in an exciting place right now with a chance to clarify its position in the sector and develop new and relevant services for its range of audiences. In addition, 2020 is the centenary year for KAB, offering an opportunity to celebrate and promote the incredibly work done by the charity over the last 100 years.
Given these drivers, the charity has recently finalised an ambitious fundraising strategy which drives growth potential around all fundraising streams, in addition to developing a new marketing and communications strategy and a refreshed and engaging website with aligned collateral is an essential foundation to ensure the success of these strategies.
Our creative and development team have fully refreshed their website to reflect the personality and needs of the charity. From accessibility tools for those visually impaired and donation portal through to their online shop, newsletter sign ups and events calendar, their new website is jam packed with an array of features and functionality to provide their audiences with an innovative, dynamic and engaging user experience that KAB wasn’t able to offer on their old website.
As KAB produce their own marketing material in-house, we also produced a creative suite of InDesign templates for posters, leaflets and banners that fall inline and support the design of the website, providing them with the tools they need to produce accessible information and advice while driving donations, promoting fundraising campaigns and strong brand awareness.
