Phoenix Community Housing

Returning to our studio for a second year, working in collaboration with Arc (who produced the printed version), we were briefed to create a digital solution for the report based on a ‘map’ theme. It was important that we retained their community-led tone and developed a solution which would enable their residents to engage and contribute to the digital report.

We developed an innovative digital version of the report that is fully responsive, interactive and visually striking, incorporating a range of inforgraphics, imagery and case studies. Residents can easily search for specific locations by keyword or phrase or simply use the icon key to filter by category – they can even take a tour of the report to learn how to use all of the tools and features implemented throughout.

To maximise and encourage engagement, we implemented a form which would allow residents to suggest additional map locations to what Phoenix had already input, together with feedback forms and email signup.
