It’s that time again! Are you ready? Of course you are! Christmas dinner is one of the most looked forward to meals in the UK. We’re more than happy to help ourselves to a second serving of turkey and/or roast potatoes, but are we aware of how much food we consume over the festive period? We always get so excited around this time of year that we don’t worry about what we eat until we weigh ourselves in the New Year.
